Setting up the game is very easy. Just be aware that only 2 OR 4 people can play at a time. The reason for this is that you have to compete with someone opposite you. This is part of the goal of the game.

Depending on how many players there are, each person will receive a player token and a few walls. The number of walls that each person will get varies depending on the number of people. If there are 2 players, each gets 10 wall pieces. And if there are 4 players, each gets 5 walls. This is to keep the game balanced.
